Tiles are most often used to cover wall, floor & roof. Tiles are made from ceramic, stone, clay, glass and metal. There are different types of tiles are being used in the construction. There are Ceramic Tiles , Cement Tiles, Marble Tiles, Granite Tiles, Glass Tiles and few others. Tiles had invented long back around the times of pyramids in Egypt. Among all these Tiles, Ceramic Tiles are one of the oldest forms used for decorative art and its using worldwide because of its durability and look. Decades ago tiles were used on walls only in bathroom and kitchen, but nowadays people prefer tiles on other walls like drawing rooms, bedrooms, hospitals, offices and elevation instead of color because of its cleanliness and easy maintenance.
All these tiles are available in different sizes with different finish.
In Ceramic Tiles, there are three categories: Ceramic Tiles, Porcelain Tiles, and Vitrified Tiles. Ceramic Tiles, available at Denora Ceramic, are affordable for every segment but have less strength compared to the other two. There may be chances of cracking and chipping, and the water absorption ratio is more than 6%. Ceramic Tiles are made using earthen clay and are available for both walls and floors in various sizes depending on their application. Porcelain Tiles, also available at Denora Ceramic, have more strength than Ceramic Tiles but are weaker than Vitrified Tiles. Their water absorption ratio is 3-5%. Vitrified Tiles have superior strength compared to both Ceramic and Porcelain Tiles, with a very low water absorption ratio of 0.05-0.08%, making them highly sought after worldwide. Made from clay and silica, Vitrified Tiles come in both glazed and unglazed versions. The unglazed Vitrified Tiles are available in three options: Nano (Soluble Salt) Vitrified Tiles, Double Charged Vitrified Tiles, and Full Body Vitrified Tiles. The price of Nano Vitrified Tiles is lower than Double Charged and Full Body Tiles. Designs in Nano Vitrified Tiles are predominantly in ivory shades with only a top layer of design. In contrast, Double Charged Vitrified Tiles offer off-white and other color options, with a dual body and deeper top-layer designs. Their prices are higher than Nano but lower than Full Body. Full Body Vitrified Tiles have a consistent design and color throughout, from top to bottom, and are more expensive than Nano and Double Charged Vitrified Tiles. Denora Ceramic offers a wide range of these tile options to meet diverse needs
